Cannot Upgrade Ram

Very dissatisfied

The curser keeps skipping and going to other lines as you are typing. Very frustrating. Took it in to get repaired because I bought the total tech package and they lied and said it had a virus which I had just scanned for. Came from manufacturer with this problem. They have not been able to fix it.

They should be more honest when they talk about the insurance they offer

Damaged Product

Now I am out time plus the $50 Service call that they would not reimburse me for.

Was brought in for repairs at 150$ and was told the next time to call intel if I wanted something fixed. Computer was not fixed for a loss of 150$
