Purchasing a new computer is an investment. Given the current price of new technology and the products and services you purchase to support it, having insurance and a guarantee on your purchase is reassuring. A wise choice

So you have a computer. You are excited. It's a beauty. YOu take care it everywhere. One day, you spill your coffee and now you are sad. very sad. Then you remember you bought it form Best Buy and you are covered. Now you are Happy. very Happy.

The Geek Squad in Cedar Rapids, IA did a great job of transfering the data from my prior desktop to my new laptop. They also took the time to walk me through the new features on my laptop.

Once again the team members of the GEEK Squad at the Short Pump VA store delivered fully on their promise to make our transition to to new computer as stress free as possible.

I would, recommend it because it makes you want to buy more things and feel safe about them because they are protected

Customer service was amazing that helped us get the best option for my Grandson for his classes. I appreciate having someone knowledgeable abd efficient. Once again an overall great experience!

Before purchasing the service I would always buy a 2-3 year extended warranty. With this service though, you usually get 24 months protection. For me, thats a perfect amount of time. Though for laptops (more expensive higher end models) Id like to see a 3 year protection included with it. But thats just me. I do like having the piece of mind if anything happens help is just a phone call away - or a few minutes in chat. I will definitely be renewing this service - due to the fact that it applies to nearly all the products in the store, thats just insane. If you are home owner - appliances - enough said. Its worth it if you purchase a good amount of tech from BB and more so if you are upgrading your homes appliances as well. Sure you can probably find it cheaper at home depot or lowes - but they DO price match. All in all - Despite having to pay a little more at BB, I feel the customer service in store is helpful and to have somewhere to go if something goes wrong is paramount to me. I do not like to send things in to get repaired - too many variables for something to go wrong with it.

I don't care what anyone has to say, My experiences with Best Buy have overwhelmingly been positive. I've been a customer for a long time now and I have to say that this Company has earned my respect and business. The recent issues with the Pandemic are affecting ALL businesses. Our patience is key to the service we receive and if we "act like an adult" we'll be treated that way. Since I can't mention names The Person whose name Rhymes with Dell and the other Floor Associate Rhymes with Jackson and the trainee All look to be what I would have called a "good Hire". If My name was "Chuck" I know where I'd want to work. Thanks to All at Best Buy who made this last experience a very positive one.

I have this plan on my laptop, and when it got damaged they fixed and it was all covered by the plan. But when I got my laptop back they had fixed the old issue but now it has a dent from them putting it back together. Which kind of just sucks I would've though they would've been a bit more carful but I was mistaken. Especially on a 2000$ laptop

I purchased in September and have used this computer for a little over a month now. I was looking for a laptop for school and happy I foind this one. Prior to purchasing I visited my local Best Buy several times and read plenty of reviews. I was torn between a HP surface, upgrading to a Mac book pro with a M2 chip (I have an older model) and the Lenovo Yoga. I originally wanted a MacBook becuse I have succumbed to the Apple culture but Windows plays a little better with all the programs I use for school. Things that were important to have included: decent amout of memory/storage 16GB/512GB (didnt want to have to purchase another computer in the next year or two), decent battery life, moderate scrren size (larger than 12 in but smaller than 17 in), and light weight for travel. The OLED screen is a dream! Bonus- It also functions as a tablet and comes with a case and pencil. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Definitely get this if you're getting any products! It's heavily needed!

Definitely a must to have with any electronic purchase or appliance! Will not go without & have rarely had to use but wen i did need it for help, the Geek Squad techs are the best above all! Im glad i will always have peace of mind with all my purchases at Best Buy!
