    To have peace of mind regarding almost if anything can go wrong, I find this to be quite helpful and useful. The only disappointment is the HOLD time. And once in a while, you may find someone who’s not as familiar with certain products and things, but in the long run, I think it’s worth it.

    The best. Had an issue with my laptop. Brought into Best Buy Geek Squad. They knew that it would need to be sent out. They figured out a work around as I needed a computer.
