First time buying the protection plan and hopefully won’t have to use it much.

You don't value me as a customer. I have wasted hours of my time no one has helped me. I have had 20 people tell me they will elevate the issue. YOU ALL ARE full of crap!!! Months go by and its still not fixed. No manager in site to talk to. I call, I go to chat and I go to the store. No one at best buy will help. You all are the worst customer service and just stupid management

I bought as an open box item. The Windows 11 Pro won't activate because the activation code is invalid. Best Buy should only sell laptops with valid Windows licenses for the purchaser.

They sell you the plan but don't fix your laptop. Even charge you and additional $100 to ship it out for repair and they return it without fixing it. Horrible customer service.

Probably wasted my money. Taking it in for the Geek Squad was sure a waste of time.

Bought a new Laptop was suppose to get free support. But the security software isn't compatible with the new windows 11

I have not needed it for my new computer but for the old one, I have not been given any answers for.

From time of purchase and on going, it isn't ready to use. I got it for a business trip, but will have to set it up when I get back.

Took two months to come in. The curser keeps skipping and going to other lines as you are typing. Very frustrating. Took it in to get repaired because I bought the total tech package and they lied and said it had a virus which I had just scanned for. Came from manufacturer with this problem. They have not been able to fix it.

Seems like they don't know if you have a Protection Plan or not.

Soldered in Ram. You cannot upgrade it, and it will be stuck at 32GB. I will be looking for a different brand.

As all the other items and add-ons attached to this purchase were worthless, this one is likely the same. I think we all know that if I were to spill iced tea on my machine, I would receive nothing in return

When they want to sell you the product, they are very attentive and talk wonders about the insurance but in reality everything is a lie. They should be more honest when they talk about the insurance they offer

Five service calls and one new printer and finally people listened to me that the problem, was in fact the computer. Now I am out time plus the $50 Service call that they would not reimburse me for.

The product came damaged with cracked screen. Very upset as it took forever to recieve the laptop and now screen is cracked out of the box
