    Need to replace a $30 remote. Best Buy has no trust in a loyal customer. Consider switching to Prime. Lack of detail is intentional

    The Dell computer I bought was JUNK. Was brought in for repairs at 150$ and was told the next time to call intel if I wanted something fixed. Computer was not fixed for a loss of 150$

    I'm pist that I paid for a two-year protection plan and today I was told I cannot get my laptop worked on repairs needed > REDICULOUS<

    Repair desk and call line can't see the warranty

    When computer is sent in with a note in the service order, the repair desk did not see it. When you call no one can put you in contact with the right department so the warranty is NOT a warranty!!!

    I am not certain why I haven't cancelled this service yet. I will definitely be doing that this month. Not worth the charge for mediocre service.

    Should provide extended return period. Useless if you get stuck with a bad product and overlook the return period.
