Terrible, terrible, terrible! Computer started displaying lines on the screen after only a couple months of very limited use. Good thing I bought the total protection plan right? WRONG! They’ve had my son’s computer for several weeks and I was just notified that I will need to pay $100 plus tax for repairs- on top of the total protection plan! For a computer that’s 3 months old! Terrible computer, terrible plan, terrible store!

If you're a constant tech junkie, this helps out a lot. Especially when you're trying to find parts or just certain devices and you're afraid of them going bad early or you want to simply swap them out best buy has never given me issues when trying to replace or swap a bad part.

When I purchased my laptop, I decided to purchase the protection plan that would cover any problems with laptop for the next 12 months. I have returned to Best Buy twice first reason because of an issue with my laptop which taken care of immediately and the second reason was because installing Microsoft and the service was excellent.

Im glad that I opted to get the plan with a recent purchase. I need to do a data transfer for my laptop that stopped working. A data transfer cost more than the plan.

Relax and sit back this plan allows you to do that.
