This protection plan is alright. The option to replace if damaged beyond repair is nice, but the fine print does mention some stuff on trying to repair first and is a little open ended in who is doing the repairs so that causes some pauses on my end. It being rolled with the membership is nice though but it really depends on if you think you really need it or will use it.

Buying this protection saved me lots of money and headache! Is not cheap to have appliances delivered and installed to walk ups for free! This has saved me loads of money on installs, delivery's, including discounts on certain purchases. Everything is free under this Best Buy Protection. The best $200 paid ever! I'm glad I was not stubborn and took the sales guy's advice on this when making my big purchase during the holidays! It's paid off for me! Best Buy is very quick on responding and rectifying issues immediately. Their support under this protection has been phenomenal! You call one day and there's a replacement right away free of charge at the earliest date possible. I have not regretted doing business again and again.

I have had Best Buy protection for over 8 years. It is the best service when ever you need it. They are ready to correct the troublems and get you back working. I have never been disappointed.It is nice to know that they add additional years to your purchase automaticly. i take my tech products in for clean and tune up. They are very knowledgeable and timely.

This French door refrigerator is the best appliance ever. I love that there is automatic water refilling water pitcher inside the fridge. That feature is awesome!!!! I love the space I have for my groceries and beverages. Deep freezer has so much storage space with section specifically for automatic ice cubes. I love it!!!!!

For the cost of the membership it’s worth it. 2 year protection on anything you buy. No brainer.

I always recommend getting the Best buy protection. It covers your item if it goes out.

Excellent service! The remote computer tune up was very helpful. It increased the speed of my computer and cleared out a lot of clutter. Best of all I didn't have to sit there and watch it be done. Once the work was completed I was notified.
