    I only buy appliances from Best Buy because I can get good prices and an excellent warranty with the Total Tech membership so, do I recommend it? Absolutely!

    Best plan going...covers everything that you buy, basically. Always easy to schedule an appointment, and never had a long wait period for service. Awesome service.

    The Monthly Best Buy Protection plan give me confidence and afordability in what I purchase at Bestbuy; most products sold are high quality, but in case I need it, I have the Protection plan,

    Some customer service not up to par but after trying everything several times it all finally came together. Still not a perfect service but good for scratch and dent products.
