Arrived at the store on time. Installation was easy. Looks beautiful runs good love my new dishwasher. We bought all of our appliances from Best Buy.

Super happy with total protection, I have used it for an expensive laser printer that stopped working after a year. I brought it in and they just replaced without any questions.

Love the new addition to my kitchen!! My old dishwasher finally went out after 10yrs..so I had to buy a new one... Love it, but man it takes awhile 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hrs to wash the dishes.

So far so good! I love the look of this stove. The stove is wifi enabled, however you have to actually press the wifi button on the stove to have Alexa or Bixby/Goggle start the stove or to interact with it. You can't even activate it from the app. Other than this, i really like the stove

I bought this at first just to get the free delivery and install, but support has been great when they had to come back or if i had silly questions. Now everything has 1 yr warrenty too, i will probably pay the second year as manufacturer warrenty on my appliances is only one year. I even got free delivery of a hard drive that was only $50 with my reward points. Best buy has been good to me.

I can not complain about the perks of being a best buy plus member.

I absolutely love my Samsung Smart Hub refrigerator! The ability to peek inside and get recipe suggestions based on its contents is a game-changer. It's not just me who's smitten; my kids adore leaving doodles and notes on its digital surface. It's become a beloved addition to our kitchen!

Total tech and best buy protection is a helpful service if buying more than one appliance. It protects for up to 24 months. But may be changing to a reduced fee instead of coverage. Terms so far are still good. With a new Samsung fridge, they could not service, and referred tot the manufacturer - so not sure how would work after 2 year. Most smaller appliances and a washer they were super fast and responsive.

Best Buy protections plans are the best. We have purchased them for multiple products. When we have had to use the protection plans it's been a quick and friendly process and can trust the knowledgeable technicians for repairs.

Very good warranty, I got my dishwasher replaced twice. It was bosch and supposed to be a great brand and it was but it was a manufacturing defect. however, Best Buy called someone out the next day and got it replaced after the second time it broke. Amazing 10/10

I bought my appliances from Lowe’s. Their system was so mixed up, the made a mistake on my order and we went back and forth for a month. I canceled all of my orders in Lowe’s and purchased it from Best Buy. They were very professional, customer service was great. No mistakes were in their order and they delivered my items within a day. I’m definitely recommend Best Buy.
