I purchased the GE Profile 30" Built-In Single Electric Convection Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave (Stainless Steel) on 12/21/25 from the Fairlakes store and have been very pleased with it. The unit looks sleek, saves space, and performs reliably. The convection oven cooks evenly and consistently, and the built-in microwave is powerful and easy to use. Overall, it’s a practical and high-quality addition to my kitchen. I also want to recognize Ameen, the salesperson who assisted me. His positive attitude, professionalism, and product knowledge made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer questions and helped me choose the right model with confidence. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. The dishwasher cannot be properly tested because the delivery and installation were not completed correctly. During the initial installation, the technicians advised they could not complete the installation because they did not have access to the key needed to shut off the main power. They left the old dishwasher partially removed and outside its normal location, creating a hazardous condition in my home. While navigating around the improperly placed dishwasher later that same day, I suffered an injury to my arm that resulted in bleeding, pain, and visible abrasions. The technicians stated they would return the same day to complete the installation, but they did not return as promised. They came back several days later; however, they failed to properly test the dishwasher after installation. As of May 31, 2026, when we attempted to use the dishwasher for the first time, the unit does not power on at all. There is no indication that the dishwasher is receiving power, and the product remains unusable. The original dishwasher was exchanged, but the replacement unit also cannot be tested because the installation was not properly verified by the installers. Damages and Concerns: 1. Physical injury to my arm caused by the unsafe condition created by the incomplete installation. 2. Pain, discomfort, and disruption to daily activities. 3. Loss of use of the dishwasher. 4. Time spent coordinating multiple service visits. 5. Failure to complete and verify proper installation. 6. Potential need for additional inspection, repair, or reinstallation.

Great product. The versatility of the stove top is incredible. With so many burner sizes to choose from the has not been I meal I couldn't cook easily and have all the parts done at the same time. The oven is huge. I will admit, we did purchase an extra rack so that we could bake three items at once. But the rack was reasonably priced. I can bake three pizzas at once when I make it for dinner I just rotate them between the racks twice during cooking. I LOVE the bread proofing option. I can make enough dough for 8 - 10 pies at once and proof it all withing 30 minutes. I set up the next three as the first three cook and so on and everyone gets to eat together. The multiple self cleaning options are a dream. The air fry option makes cooking healthy air fried food in large batches a breeze. I use the Weiman Cooktop Cleaner Max - 9 Ounce on the stove top and it keeps it looking like new. One container was good for over a years worth of cleaning. I can't say enough good things about this product. I can't comment on the convection baking and broiling options as I haven't used them but the regular baking / broiling options are fantastic.

This protection plan is easy to maintain thanks to the monthly billing option. Coverage is clear and helps reduce the worry of unexpected repair costs. It’s a sensible choice for protecting devices that are used often.

Microwave is a very nice LG microwave. The install crew, however, did not install it correctly and put extra holes in my cabinets. They came back a second time and said they would take it down, but they couldn’t reinstall it properly unless I added two by fours to the back. I did that and they came back a third time And would not install the microwave because they said it had dust on it and it was missing one screw so they requested that I have a new one sent out as they are the ones that requested it.
