If there's a failure from normal wear and tear, we'll repair it or replace your product.*
This could be a problem with an internal part, how the networking product was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.
If your product isn't working because of a power surge, we'll fix it or replace it.*
If there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product, we'll make things right. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
We'll reinstall your product.
After we resolve what's wrong with your major appliance or air conditioner, we'll reinstall it if we originally installed it.
