I purchased the GE Profile 30" Built-In Single Electric Convection Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave (Stainless Steel) on 12/21/25 from the Fairlakes store and have been very pleased with it. The unit looks sleek, saves space, and performs reliably. The convection oven cooks evenly and consistently, and the built-in microwave is powerful and easy to use. Overall, it’s a practical and high-quality addition to my kitchen. I also want to recognize Ameen, the salesperson who assisted me. His positive attitude, professionalism, and product knowledge made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer questions and helped me choose the right model with confidence. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. This protection plan is easy to maintain thanks to the monthly billing option. Coverage is clear and helps reduce the worry of unexpected repair costs. It’s a sensible choice for protecting devices that are used often.

Great product. The versatility of the stove top is incredible. With so many burner sizes to choose from the has not been I meal I couldn't cook easily and have all the parts done at the same time. The oven is huge. I will admit, we did purchase an extra rack so that we could bake three items at once. But the rack was reasonably priced. I can bake three pizzas at once when I make it for dinner I just rotate them between the racks twice during cooking. I LOVE the bread proofing option. I can make enough dough for 8 - 10 pies at once and proof it all withing 30 minutes. I set up the next three as the first three cook and so on and everyone gets to eat together. The multiple self cleaning options are a dream. The air fry option makes cooking healthy air fried food in large batches a breeze. I use the Weiman Cooktop Cleaner Max - 9 Ounce on the stove top and it keeps it looking like new. One container was good for over a years worth of cleaning. I can't say enough good things about this product. I can't comment on the convection baking and broiling options as I haven't used them but the regular baking / broiling options are fantastic.

Living proof-- that dough can rise over night in the oven. In the morning I'll bake bread. Maybe a nice pasta sauce is in the works-- or some other creation stemming from a Top Chef fantasy. I LOVE this range-- (and the microwave vent above it)

Microwave is a very nice LG microwave. The install crew, however, did not install it correctly and put extra holes in my cabinets. They came back a second time and said they would take it down, but they couldn’t reinstall it properly unless I added two by fours to the back. I did that and they came back a third time And would not install the microwave because they said it had dust on it and it was missing one screw so they requested that I have a new one sent out as they are the ones that requested it.

This has saved me a few times especially over the phone and computer conversations! Buying our first laptop for our kid this was a lifesaver, especially walking through setting up the laptop.

Best thing you can do! We remodeled our home and I purchased all my kitchen appliances from stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, two iPads, Mac computer and laptop as well as our internet routers , tv mounts and rings camera and accessories. Now that I am writing this review I am realizing how much I depending on Best Buy and how 80% of my home is from Best Buy. Great value for your money and the customer service is good as well. All and all this is a winner for me and I really hope you take advantage of this amazing offer because it’s well worth it!

I’m a regular buyer of Best Buy since 2019. I have bought several things from you, phones, laptops, printers, home appliances and the latest I bought from you was a 16 inches deep freezer.

Got for a couple of years now to protect my appliances and other electronics. Used it only once for airpods, excellent service.

I have purchased the Best Buy Protection plan because it was a no brained. Almost all of my electronics that I buy I get from Best Buy so it only made since to purchased a single plan that would cover all of my products. Plus I enjoy the free set up and in-house service.

Been an easy job anytime weve had to make a claim on the protection plan. We have the total tech yearly membership and have had to use it a couple times. Super easy process.

Code 888 one year and 2 months using lightly. I am furious. I am a "Total Tech" member and they are charging me $90 for sending a technician to diagnose the issue. It is only 14 months old. What a piece of junk. The electronic control board needs to be replaced. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. You should also know that this unit is HUGE. It is a significant portion of my kitchen. Luckily it has wheels and is easily rolled. The built in hoses and power cord, however, are quite short. The dishwasher dod wash well for the handful of times it worked before it broke but all in all this is about $50 a load per usage--- I barely got 12 washes in before it broke.

Even if you’re not a frequent Best Buy shopper please do yourself and your wallet favor by making sure to include their purchase protection with any purchase. It’ll save you not only money but heart-ache and stress down the line ;)

The fridge/freezer is great overall. It’s very spacious and the water dispenser works well. The ice maker stopped working after a couple years, so that was disappointing.

honestly get protection if you need it but check the details in case not everything is covered
