I am a Total Tech member for years. I love that Best Buy includes amazing protection. I am a faithful customer.

Always use protection I always get the protection plans and while I don’t always need them, any product that gets heavy use has a higher chance of breaking down due to wear and tear in the two years. Generally all it takes is 1 out of 20 products to go bad in two years and you essentially break even on the money you spend on multiple protection plans.

Let me start out by saying i hate these "warranties" because i always feel like I'm getting nothing. However, this best buy program is amazing. I get discounts, coverage for 2 years and notified when things are put on sale. I will continue to keep this membership up because I've seen instant value

Got this package on a one year deal which made it well worth while as it includes free delivery/installation/haul away on any appliances I buy during the year. Also had a need to phone BBY one day and got VIP service to resolve my issue (on another matter). Since I've already bought two appliances, this has been well worth it plus should any issues arise with any of the appliances, I can call BBY first vs going straight to the mftg company.

Bestbuy Protection equals peace of mind. Things can go wrong with any product. It is nice to know that your investment is protected should things go south.

When you invest in a business, reviews go a long way! You want a business that'll care for you and treat you as a valued customer. BB Protection Plans do exactly that! When and if we have issues with any products, which aren't too often, they've provided us the right assistance to resolve and quickly resolve the issues. Thank You!

Purch stove/oven combo for STR - again BB was less expensive than other stores. Delivery setup cords and discount made worthwhile purch + could buy on time w/out paying interest if pd in full w/in time limits

I can not complain about the perks of being a best buy plus member.

Always good to get extended protection. Never know what may happen, just DONT extend your car warranty, especially from unsolicited phone call scams hah, Bestbuys warranty though, 10/10

The GE dishwasher was similar to my old one and works just as good. And it is quiet!
