geek squad can be helpful if they do house calls and can fix it from home, I have had to go back to store to purchase products

Total Tech is great! Bought a new stove from Best Buy. When I got it home, I was not happy with the product so Best Buy took It back & I Purchased another gas stove from Best Buy to replace it & I’ve been very happy with my new purchase. I would highly recommend Best Buy & their Total Tech program.

Had for two years pice of mine. Pays for it self. Replacemet if can't fix, Or if accidently damage and can't fix. 24/7 Customer Service. Great service with all the technology nice having Greek Squad to call even if purchsed some wher else

Extended protection makes sense at a reasonable cost

I literally save hundreds of $$ per year with a Best Buy Total Protection membership. Everything I buy automatically gets covered at NO additional $$.

It was great while it lasted.....which wasn't long. Purchased in late 2021....used mainly to heat leftovers and coffee.....now has stopped heating. A microwave that tops out of almost $600 should last a heck of a lot longer than years I can count on one hand. This is beyond unacceptable when people pay this kind of money. I don't mind paying a bit more. I have always shopped at Best Buy. But I will be going elsewhere because I can't keep up with the Geek Squad yearly changes to what is covered and what isn't. I need a product and a store that I can rely on.

24 months of protection. Even though I hope I don't have to use it. It is good to have the plan.

I am so glad I bought the Tech Plan. Its worth every penny! It saved me so much money on my installs of the three appliances I purchased. When I had issues with two of the appliances I had no problems getting them resolved in a timely manner. Great protection for my costly purchases!
