    Delivery was as planned. Installation was done by best buy and they did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The product has been great. Works like its supposed to and no issues

    Very thankful for the Best Buy protection. Our new dishwasher was having problems and we received a new one within a week. The service team that came was amazing, even helping to fix the pilot light on the new stove. Thank you for taking your time and helping.

    After having an expensive dishwasher that was a lemon and decided to have constant problems after the manufacturer warranty was up, I have this service on all of my items I purchase. They don’t make things the way they used to and it’s a small price to pay for the piece of mind.

    Best Buy Protection Plan covering my new gas range for 24 months gives me peace of mind for protection which I totally doubt I will ever need as my new range is top quality and built perfectly and competently. But it is extremely comforting to know it is there just in case. Another 5 Gold Stars Best Buy Service.

    I purchased this with the idea of possibly canceling later but after a good amount of time of thinking about it I ended up keeping it because it gives me peace of mind knowing all my purchases are covered in case something was to happen.

    I just thought this is worth it when you want to buy a big ticket item in best buy, such as appliances. Rather than paying installation and delivery fee, which is easily goes up to $200 might as well purchase this and you'll get delivery and installation for free, plus you'll get a lot more benefits. A no brainer
