Looks great works great delivery fast and easy and happy with the price. Part of the program for grouped appliances. Salesperson walked us through all options and helped us pick what we needed at prices we could afford.

Love this dishwasher! It has three racks it’s pretty quiet and efficient. When my kids load it correctly no spots on glasses and everything comes out sparkling clean. Took me a few months to remember the third rack.

The two year protection plan was totally worth it and a deciding factor in purchasing from Best Buy. The annual membership is more than worth it.

Money well spent. From purchases to warranty its a great piece of mind.

I like the i extra insurance plan bit there are a few flaws in it. Thwy can never get ur appliances in right away and it takes forever ordering parts.

This is the 2nd year we have purchased the Geek protection plan. We have had to use the plan on several of our items. They were fixed or replaced in the store. Well worth the cost and we had free delivery and setup with our larger items.

Purchasing Best Buy Total Tech is absolutely the best way to go about purchasing new appliances. Covers delivery, installation, old appliances hauled away. You also get support I believe for 1 year (maybe 2) before you have to renew. Depends on the appliances.

We get so much use out of the Best Buy Protection plan; we NEVER buy policies because they normally are expensive and don't cover what breaks. Best Buy Mo. Protection does and we have used it for several years.

A must is to purchase extra warranty as been burned by broken electronics.

I have had the total tech from best buy since the inception. I will only buy my appliances and computers from best buy for this reason. Never had an issue with them coming out for repairs or in store or returns.
