I got the 24month protection using my bestbuy totaltech membership so i think its a good choice although did not used it for support or break fix so far

Good to know my products are protected for 24 months and the apple care stuff is much appreciated as well. I hope they make totaltech a $100/2 years for repeat customers. It already paid for itself when I got free installation for the appliances that I ordered and the 24 month warranty/protections stuff is just icing on top.

When i signed up for membership , warranty extended and the item for two years and the plan was for being a member

The Best Buy Protection program is a great benefit to have and well worth the price!

What they dont tell you is that tge two year warranty you get with Best Buy Total Orotection runs concurrently with manufacturers one year warranty, so inreakity BB is only providing you a singme year of coverage. Getting them to honor Apple Care claims at the store in Potonac Yards, VA at least has proven to be extrememy difficult due to lots of excuses about how Apple wont accept claims from their store. Buyer Beware.

Overall we are satisfied with the coverage and customer service. I wish we get additional discount as part of member. Hopefully, this will attract more people to purchase the membership.
