For me this Warranty is worth it. I spend a lot of money every year in Bestbuy. Not having to purchase a separate warranty on every item is awesome. I wouldn’t recommend it if you only purchase one or two items a year.

Sales staff is great and installers have been professional and knowledgable BUT the customer service reps, and delivery and installation schedulers are absolutely a poor reflection upon Best Buy

Good to know my products are protected for 24 months and the apple care stuff is much appreciated as well. I hope they make totaltech a $100/2 years for repeat customers. It already paid for itself when I got free installation for the appliances that I ordered and the 24 month warranty/protections stuff is just icing on top.
