We are very please with the Best Buy protection that we receive through out Geek Squad Membership. They are very professional and prompt. We had some issues with our new appliances so I place a call. They were at our home the very next day.

I would not be without this protection. I always have something go wrong with my computer that they can fix over the phone, usually. If not, it's even better when I take it in, I have it cleaned and updated where necessary.

For me this Warranty is worth it. I spend a lot of money every year in Bestbuy. Not having to purchase a separate warranty on every item is awesome. I wouldn’t recommend it if you only purchase one or two items a year.
