Good to know my products are protected for 24 months and the apple care stuff is much appreciated as well. I hope they make totaltech a $100/2 years for repeat customers. It already paid for itself when I got free installation for the appliances that I ordered and the 24 month warranty/protections stuff is just icing on top.

Overall we are satisfied with the coverage and customer service. I wish we get additional discount as part of member. Hopefully, this will attract more people to purchase the membership.

The Samsung tv is a great product. I love Samsung. The only bad part is that I had to buy it from Best Buy.

No hassle service. One of my purchases had issues and it was replaced. The installation of my dishwasher called for changes from hard wired to plug in and they handled it.

Sales staff is great and installers have been professional and knowledgable BUT the customer service reps, and delivery and installation schedulers are absolutely a poor reflection upon Best Buy
