Can’t go wrong with having protection plan, I highly recommend having it, no telling what could go wrong, especially with electronics to this day at least you will have a little peace of mind.

Best Buy has great customer service and products. Quick appointments and delivery. Geek Squad is very informational and little to no wait time when calling.

This makes buying appliances easy. Most installations are then free. And you have 4 weeks to watch for price drals where Bedtbuy will price match the lower price

Replaces my old 24/7 computer support...incorporates product support as well...customer service response, excellent !! Did not like overlapping seemingly mandatory inclusion of purchase with new d/2 and stove...Had to rely on refund of remaining overlap cost for existing 24/7.

I highly recommend the protection plan. We have used it rarely, but when we did, it was well worth the cost. The cost of repairing and replacing was well over the simple cost of the coverage. Plus, I just feel more secure with the added protection.

The monthly GEEK Squad protection for my family computers is the best. Slow they fix it online problems with the computer they fix it.

It's great to have this peace of mind of 24 month protection for a major appliance that was recently installed. Luckily, my family hasn't had to take advantage of it yet but it's good to know it's there.

No hassle service. One of my purchases had issues and it was replaced. The installation of my dishwasher called for changes from hard wired to plug in and they handled it.

Better to take it rather being sorry. Bought ton of appliances and any problem I have with them, the quality of support is top notch. See if you can provider cheaper annual subscription for bulk purchases in appliances etc.

It’s really great to have the yearly membership cause they install and fix anything you need. If you order from Best Buy you can save a lot of money!
