Came when requested. But not a complete fix, but repairman suggested a different product. So far so good with new machine.

Peace of mind in case you need it. It's likely not for everyone, but it's included with membership.

Better to take it rather being sorry. Bought ton of appliances and any problem I have with them, the quality of support is top notch. See if you can provider cheaper annual subscription for bulk purchases in appliances etc.

Best protection plan on the market super easy to get help if you need it

Protection plan is very cheap and very useful incase of any damages and misuse of the product.

I highly recommend the protection plan. We have used it rarely, but when we did, it was well worth the cost. The cost of repairing and replacing was well over the simple cost of the coverage. Plus, I just feel more secure with the added protection.

I think the annual service plan has been great for the purchases that I have made this year. If anything goes wrong or i have need of assistance, I know that i am covered.

These protection plans are nice to have depending on the purchase and the price of the plan. I received this while I had total tech, once the total tech membership expired so did this protection plan. Keep that in mind if you have a device at risk for failure.

Clean front doesn't interrupt my vertical surfaces. Very quiet! Dishes come out spotless. Still learning best loading patterns.

Total Tech is worth it. It saved us when our vacuum broke, my watch broke, and our dishwasher broke. Replacements or free repairs were well worth the $200 per year fee.

Replaces my old 24/7 computer support...incorporates product support as well...customer service response, excellent !! Did not like overlapping seemingly mandatory inclusion of purchase with new d/2 and stove...Had to rely on refund of remaining overlap cost for existing 24/7.

I have been purchasing this for the last few years, every April it comes up for renewal. For me its worth it. If I have any issues with any appliance, computer, anything they can assist me, even if I didn't buy it from them.
