I have been purchasing this for the last few years, every April it comes up for renewal. For me its worth it. If I have any issues with any appliance, computer, anything they can assist me, even if I didn't buy it from them.

Nice. Gives that added protection if something does happen within the time frame.

The protection plan is a must Purchase. The warranty is amazing and appointment is made Priority.

It was great while it lasted.....which wasn't long. Purchased in late 2021....used mainly to heat leftovers and coffee.....now has stopped heating. A microwave that tops out of almost $600 should last a heck of a lot longer than years I can count on one hand. This is beyond unacceptable when people pay this kind of money. I don't mind paying a bit more. I have always shopped at Best Buy. But I will be going elsewhere because I can't keep up with the Geek Squad yearly changes to what is covered and what isn't. I need a product and a store that I can rely on.

These protection plans are nice to have depending on the purchase and the price of the plan. I received this while I had total tech, once the total tech membership expired so did this protection plan. Keep that in mind if you have a device at risk for failure.

Very happy with the Best Buy Protection I have through Totaltech Membership. The installation of the four appliances I ordered was free due to my membership. It paid for itself and will give me peace of mind with the warranty it provides.

I think the annual service plan has been great for the purchases that I have made this year. If anything goes wrong or i have need of assistance, I know that i am covered.

What a great frig. colours fit right in to our kitchen colors. The beverage center is an enhancement. The YFI makes this a smart frig, we love it.

Came when requested. But not a complete fix, but repairman suggested a different product. So far so good with new machine.

The protection plan from Best Buy has never failed me over all the years of Best Buy products and I like the peace of mind it brings.

Total Tech is worth it. It saved us when our vacuum broke, my watch broke, and our dishwasher broke. Replacements or free repairs were well worth the $200 per year fee.

Good extended warranty through Bestbuy and they do stand behind there products..its a godsend to have added automatically and something that you dont have to worry about in the end.
