So far so good. I get discounts on some things as well.

Peace of mind. It’s nice to know that if anything happens to any of our products we purchase from BB that they’re covered under Best Buy’s Service Protection.

I purchased the TotalTech protection plan due to ordering several appliances. This helped with the installation price. Unfortunately, with supply chain issues, I have had to call several times. Always courteous and great service.

This extra protection is included at no cost to me because I'm a Total Tech member. When I've needed assistance, I get great support from the Total Tech staff.

The protection is a great benefit for total tech members. It’s a worry, free benefit and you don’t have to worry about salesman trying to sell you on warranties that you may not need.

Given how things are made "these days," it was a definite perk to get added protection through Best Buy. I have not had to use it, so can only say I feel good about it, not great. Time will tell!

Service was punctual and quite quick, they had the dishwasher installed and tested within 20 minutes. The service technicians were clean and courteous.

I have had best buy protection on everything I purchase from Best Buy. It is well worth the price and I am satisfied with their help when I have any issues.

Getting the Protection plan is the only way to go when buying any kind of appliances. Don't really understand why anyone would not get the extended warranty on anything that they buy.

I protect everything I buy at best Buy. Protection that is easy for returns and exchanges. Buying all my technology and appliances at Best Buy is a no brainer!
