This is a great program. One price for a year of delivery, installation, and haul away. It would be great if the appointment times were real. They are not. The local company providing the service sets the time the day before delivery making it impossible to plan. However, the Total Tech program is an awesome one.

first time purchasing the product. has 6months extended price matching and return window. has extended 1 year geek squad warranty unfortunately has to keep renewing to keep the warranty extended to get 2yrs. worth

This stove was a great purchase and great price! Always buy from Best Buy, they are the Best.

I never purchase electronics without purchasing the Best Buy protection. It is worth every penny.

Best Buy total is an amazing concept and protection plan. Better than a home warranty. I highly recommend Best Buy total.

I picked up a great deal on 3 appliances and have no regrets. I would have liked the stove/range had a fan for a bit quicker cook times (like my old one), but everything looks great works so much better than my old stuff.

The Best Buy protection plans are worth it. Don't buy an appliance without one.
