Great service with this protection from the geek squad.

Service was punctual and quite quick, they had the dishwasher installed and tested within 20 minutes. The service technicians were clean and courteous.

I got several items at best buy like my handy printer. It did not work out so it was so easy to return and exchange it for a better one . No hassles. They were able to track the product with no receipt.

Item purchased is exactly what was advertised. Would recommend this item to whom ever is already interested in buying. Its worth the money.

Never leave home without it. The manufacturer warranty is ok but Bestbuy is locally sourced assurance.

I was quite pleased to find out that by being a Total Tech customer I was automatically qualified for a 24 month warranty protection for the purchase of my appliance. That is a great deal.

I love having this because if anything happens to it, they come out and try to fix it, if not then they go onto the next step until its fixed.

Good for what it is and if you plan to buy lots of products the first year from Best Buy. I wish they had the 5 year week squad option; that was fantastic.

I picked up a great deal on 3 appliances and have no regrets. I would have liked the stove/range had a fan for a bit quicker cook times (like my old one), but everything looks great works so much better than my old stuff.
