I was looking for something to impress my parents and this is the right appliance for them.

This is the best investment I have made in a long time. It is absolutely wonderful and so worth it I will renew when it expires for sure.

The product is performing as expected. We are happy with its cleaning and quietness…like the “third shelf” for flat items

To be clear, the dishwasher is great. It's the Geek Squad service I'm frustrated with. After giving customer service a 1 star and the dishwasher a 5 star, it is averaging out at 3 stars. I have a Total Tech Membership, but chatting with agents to try and schedule a service call is a 45 minute endeavor, and it takes several to get one that knows what they're talking about. I'm currently waiting for my third person, and it says I have a 5 minute wait. The second associate told me I had to call Samsung, which isn't true. The first one just stopped talking, so I finally ended the chat after 5 minutes of silence.

Seems good so far. Haven't needed to use the protection but good for peace of mind.

I bought the total tech plan a few years ago and have renewed it. It's paid for itself many times over.

I got several items at best buy like my handy printer. It did not work out so it was so easy to return and exchange it for a better one . No hassles. They were able to track the product with no receipt.

Best Buy will cover appliances that one has bought somewhere else - so the added protection is worth it.

I've gotten more than my money's worth from this program. I started with a pilot version of this program in my home state and when they rolled it out nationally, it was immediately available in my winter home state.

This is worth the money. The ease that it bring is worth it.

I was quite pleased to find out that by being a Total Tech customer I was automatically qualified for a 24 month warranty protection for the purchase of my appliance. That is a great deal.

We want to keep all of our new appliances protected well beyond the normal warranty and we feel this was the way to go
