To be clear, the dishwasher is great. It's the Geek Squad service I'm frustrated with. After giving customer service a 1 star and the dishwasher a 5 star, it is averaging out at 3 stars. I have a Total Tech Membership, but chatting with agents to try and schedule a service call is a 45 minute endeavor, and it takes several to get one that knows what they're talking about. I'm currently waiting for my third person, and it says I have a 5 minute wait. The second associate told me I had to call Samsung, which isn't true. The first one just stopped talking, so I finally ended the chat after 5 minutes of silence.

This is the best investment I have made in a long time. It is absolutely wonderful and so worth it I will renew when it expires for sure.

I never purchase electronics without purchasing the Best Buy protection. It is worth every penny.

If you plan to purchase lots of items that qualify for this, it's a great deal.

When I had my deliveries all went well. The appliances were delivered and set up. My most recent delivery to my sister in law was just dropped off at her front door at her senior apartment and was not even unpacked.

This is a great service! It not only covers my phone and watch, but it covers appliances and it give me free shipping and installation. It has saved me a lot of money!

I haven't had to use this protection yet, but I feel better having it in case it is ever needed.

The warranty gives tremendous peace of mind. Who wouldn't sleep better knowing they had 2 years of coverage if anything on their new stove fails.

Best Buy will cover appliances that one has bought somewhere else - so the added protection is worth it.
