I was looking for something to impress my parents and this is the right appliance for them.

with total tech, no matter what i buy (at best buy store, on line or at pacific sales) it comes with a 2 year warranty. fix or replace. no deductible.

Came automatically with the total tech membership. Typically, I only buy for big dollar purchases and I've never actually used it before.
