The Best Buy protection plans are worth it. Don't buy an appliance without one.

I am very happy with this product. It has all the functions I was looking for and set up was easy.

We purchased the Total Tech Protection because at the time of purchasing appliances- it was already going to be cheaper than if I wouldn't -- considering the services I was going to need.

don't know quite hot to give this item a review wont know how good it works unless something breaks down, which I hope doesn't happen

i like it but hard to get use to for the convection oven i have to get use to it the micowave works wonders now trying the rest still have to get a hand on it..

Yep, it got protected for 24 months, Nothing bad happened during those months so I can't really comment beyond that.

I shop only at BEST BUY. The main reason besides the excellent products is they stand behind what they sell. Warranties are out of this world.

Having the Geek Squad has helped us a lot. They came and helped us install the new desktop and then again with our scanner.
