Seems like a good purchase. But with this purchase I was under the assumtion that when something was delivered it was set up and working properly before they left. But they dropped it off and we had issues and had to call everyone and they brother to have it fixed. That was a major inconvenience and was so frustated I wanted to send it back and eventually had to take it all back to a store. Another major inconvenience. Then left without the item because they didnt have another one. And the surrounding stores didnt either. Ended up having to get something totally different and it cost me more. Thank God we havent had a problem with this one.

If something goes wrong they come and bring me a new one

Value, savings and service are the earmarks of a great business and Best Buy’s are always 5 stars! Our Samsung Dishwasher is remarkable !

I'm a total member so when I purchase an item from Bestbuy this protection plan comes standard. It gives me great peace of mind that what purchased is backed by a great plan and team.

With the technology that has been purchased from Best Buy (kitchen appliances, laptops, ipads, etc.) It is a wise investment to continue the protection plan. Most products will have little to no issues. However, when you have a product that does this gives you that protection to get it fixed and back to working order.

They treated me as they would their family. Service was quick and high quality

This has paid for its self several times over. Especially with my husbands gaming head phones which like to break down every six months.

I like that it saves money and gives you extended coverage on your purchases. I would like if the longer your a member the price would be lowered.

I love the program. Our family has used this multiple times already. They're quick to want to help. They don't ask me a million questions if I need to set up a service. They make it easy. I let them know what's going on and they set the service up. If I have questions, they're quick to answer them for me. I really feel like a Best Buy VIP with this. I also like that they cover what you buy for up to 2 years, no questions asked. I highly recommend.

It gives me peace of mind to know that I get two years of support on what I buy from Best Buy. Most warranties are only a year and it can be tricky to figure out where to go. If I have a problem, I go to Best Buy and it gets sorted out. It's one of the reasons my first choice for where to buy electronics is Best Buy.

If you buy from Best Buy don't forget the Geek Squad protection.

It's saved me more times than i can recall. We use Total Tech, so all our purchases are protected

We purchase many items from Best Buy and buy a warranty for each item. We have saved so much money buying the 2 year that covers ALL our purchases, instead of buying a waranty for each item. Best Buy makes it easy for whenever you may need to exhange or replace an item.

Actually i hsvent had to use it .greatfully everything i e purchased has been doing as it should.did have to buy a new amazon fire setup cause lost remote a while bsck and the warranty does it cover it n new remore cost is nesrly cost of new set up.beyond that pretty happy
