    I had to buy it just for the installation services. As Totaltech and the total installation charges are individually of the same value, I chose this option instead of the installation services. Apart from that, I am not sure I will use any of it.

    This stove top does not clean up well at all. When you wipe down the burner covers, they collect little lint balls from what ever cloth you use it’s super annoying. They stain super easy, it looks like they are now a couple years old and we’ve only had it not even 2 month maybe. Also, the big burner to the right and middle burner do not stop clicking when you turn the burner on super low to say simmer some rice. Definitely giving them a call, I would buy again

    I have hard time from Customer service. I'm having to call multiple time to recover my money.

    You have to call them and stay in line. Typical call center. They also transfer a lot between departments. The agent don’t stay in the call just transfer and music plays . Once connected to next person I have to explain the issue again
