    I think it was a good product but I would highly recommend you follow up BEFORE your delivery date. I was suppose to get delivery, installation and haul away on the same date. Got the delivery on the promised date but installation and haul away was a week later

    Review of Best Buy Total Tech Membership: Not Worth It Anymore I’ve been a Total Tech member for a while, but after the recent changes, the program has become completely useless. When I first signed up, one of the major selling points was that it included services like TV mounting, and it covered a wide range of purchases. That’s no longer the case. Now, TV mounting isn’t included, and the coverage for purchases has been significantly reduced. These changes were made without much notice, and they’ve stripped away most of the value that originally made the membership appealing. What I signed up for and what the membership provides now are two completely different things. Unless Best Buy reverses these changes or improves the benefits, I won’t be renewing. Total Tech used to be a good deal, but now it’s a waste of money.

    They tell you that your item will be covered, however we had to use the manufacturers warranty first. I specifically asked our sales rep that question and he said that we wouldn't have to, because it was "Totaltech"

    Total Tech plan for cell phone and range oven

    Well worth the cost of the technical plan cost. Used to transfer data from old cell to new cell phone, activate and received an explanation of the new features on the samsumg s22 ultra. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with the new tech. In addition, included free delivery, installation of the new electrical cord and electric range. Would have been a nicer experience, just include the price of the electric cord and haul away of the old range in the price rather than adding it on at the checkout. Or just include it in the total tech plan for a little bit more...

    Haven’t had to use yet, but think I should of rather picked an actual protection plan than a subscription to one that has to be paid yearly.

    This extra service is a lie. I still had to pay for a service call. The agents that were “helping me” gave wrong information multiple times. They’re not very helpful and unless you read every single item of fine print, don’t waste your time or money.

    This coverage was part of another package when I had warranty work done on a computer. I haven't had to use it yet and hopefully the products I bought last as long as the old ones and I don't have to use it.

    Part of the Geek Squad/Total Tech benefits. Decent warranty but traded this out for a 5yr warranty instead, hoping to not have to shop/replace a dishwasher till then.

    Never needed it and then forgot about it and then they charged me for two or three months before I noticed it to cancel. That's how they GET YOU! XD

    I was overcharged for the stove I requested help from BESTBUY customer support to complete my order using my rewards buy a $400 open box I ended being charged for a brand new stove

    Im disappointed in the changes. I was very happy with total tech the previous service plan. I don’t care for the automated phone service. The store customer care is 100 worthless.

    The total tech service for 2 years in my opinion, is not exactly what 200$ a year should provide. especially if I understand that after the two years, the appliance is no longer covered, so you are paying 200$ every year for the option of exactly what? If possibly this is that as long as I keep the total tech service that the appliance(s) is/are covered, then I see the value... if not, expect me to stop using the service.

    Pricey and when intended to use it I was told my product did not apply. It was a $3,000 refrigerator

    It doesn't cover damage to the unit so what is the point. If the unit is bad quality is the only thing it covers so it is a waste of money.
