However, this purchuse of my dishwasher was a nightmare. I had 6 delivery dates 3 exchanges and about at least 7 phone call and some calls where never return after leaving a message.

Destroying Cabinet Finish

After 10 months of use, the replacement microwave started taking the finish off of my cabinets. The GE repair person said that the microwave recirculating vents are venting up into the cabinet and that is the way it is designed and the only way to stop this is to pump the microwave out and redo the venting system above the microwave. I have been using microwaves now for at least 30 years and I have never seen anything like this. I paid a fortune for this microwave and it doesn't work properly and plus now I have to worry about having my cabinets repaired. I sure would love a refund. The GE appliance repair person said that Best Buy did not install it correctly and should have warned me about this prior to installing it.

When I first purchased it was sold as a great service plus free delivery, etc... On a subsequent purchase they had updated and removed most of those good benefits. Now I am having an issue with the LG Range and it is $85 to get them in the door and my appointment is a month out. That is an entire month without an over while I wait for service. Use their financing but don't rely on their "total" care.

I feel duped

As it is, the company can and will cancel your policy without warning/notice. This leaves you with no protection for the high-priced item. When your item begins to experience issues 12 months in—there’s no guarantee that the coverage is there. So disappointing!

Not what I expected

I have no idea how this service makes things more convenient for a customer, it actually felt more cumbersome than just doing it on my own. I had ordered two appliances and one ended up being incompatible with my kitchen so it didn’t even get installed and returned to the store. This was after waiting weeks for a delivery appointment, so I was frustrated to say the least. When I reached out for help on the returned item, the concierge agent was unresponsive and I was left to deal with it on my own. I’m assuming it’s because he had got his commission from my sale and no longer interested in helping with the order. When I called to get help on the return and next steps with my failed order, the representative were basically like “sucks to be you” and I again, was left with no help. All and all, not worth the total tech subscription or the “concierge” service headache in my opinion.
