    Ugh, such a nightmare. I have no idea how this service makes things more convenient for a customer, it actually felt more cumbersome than just doing it on my own. I had ordered two appliances and one ended up being incompatible with my kitchen so it didn’t even get installed and returned to the store. This was after waiting weeks for a delivery appointment, so I was frustrated to say the least. When I reached out for help on the returned item, the concierge agent was unresponsive and I was left to deal with it on my own. I’m assuming it’s because he had got his commission from my sale and no longer interested in helping with the order. When I called to get help on the return and next steps with my failed order, the representative were basically like “sucks to be you” and I again, was left with no help. All and all, not worth the total tech subscription or the “concierge” service headache in my opinion.

    Horrible service. Best Buy sold me something that was out of stock and kept rescheduling delivery rather than acknowledging that they did not have it. I wasted time on customer service chats and on the phone rescheduling over and over and no one would tell me it was out of stock. Had to drive to original purchase location only to be met by the rudest most obnoxious store Manager (Laurel, Maryland location). Completely unapologetic and talking down at customers for Best Buy error.

    Well worth the money if you have appliances or TVs, you should purchase this or computers or an iPhone, or any kind of appliances are gadgets that you like.

    If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Broke right after warranty period ended. Geek Squad protection at least got us service but the service has been awful. Delays, last minute cancels and now waiting for the second “fix.” Don’t buy this machine and buy from someone other than Best Buy.

    Your appliances will conveniently break two years in after warranty expires. Geek sqaud will come out and charge you $400 to fix something that wasnt the issue and your fridge will continue to not work and they will do nothing helpful about it. Don't waste your money.

    We'll see how efficient and reliant the plan is this year. Already having issues with products that the manu. warranty isn't repairing in a timely manner.

    Was told the 2yr protection plan would cover any service needed for new tv/soundbar/range installed. Come to find out that when we placed a service call the geek squad charged us $130 because they said that the call center put it in as a "troubleshoot" vs. service needed. Very unhappy with what we thought was a protection plan that would take care of service needed for 2yrs.

    Faulty protection plan

    Purchased Dell computer one month ago and had it installed by Geek squad. Had a video conference call 3 days ago and had no sound. Been trying to have the solution corrected for 2 days now. No luck

    This protection extends the warranty up to 24 months, but what you are really doing is buying an additional 12 months from Best Buy. The first 12 months is the manufacture warranty which is standard at no additional cost. My wall oven was delivered not functioning and Best Buy did nothing to get this fixed or offer assistance. I got the wall oven fixed by going through Whirlpool. If you add up the cost of the extended warranty Best Buy makes bank on these plans because they are only really offering to make repairs after the first 12 months, but you pay for 2 years!

    Office and then renewed it but now they’re telling me that it’s $99 for them just to evaluate what is wrong with my item and then I have to pay for the repairs and the parts. What’s the use of even having this then a waste of $200 especially since they want to charge a 99 just to diagnose what’s wrong my dishwasher that isn’t even two years old that I bought from them. Terrible service.
