I purchased this protection plan thinking it would give me peace of mind in case something happened to my appliances. But when my TV stopped working and I needed to repair it the plan didn't cover it! what's the point of paying extra for a protection plan if it doesn't even cover basic repairs? total waste of money. I'll will not be buying this plan again.

If you're buying or use a lot of electronics or appliances from Best Buy, this is well worth the money

I've had the dishwasher for 8 months. The dishes come out caked in rice and crumbs baked on them. It does not clean my dishes.

This is the third time to try to get this dishwasher.First they could find the address.The second one was damaged. and now we are returning it again for a new one that does not have a broken top rack.

During Check out, Best Buy is marketing/selling our info/data to via a third party source !!!!

It is good plan, and I don't have to to worry about the product since I have this good plan.

This is good if you plan on multiple purchases. I bought one range and paid 199.00 for a year. Geek squad was on 139.00 for 3 years. Paying 199.00 for the first year while having a factory warranty is a waste. I canceled the protection and tried to get the Geek squad protection but now they are not allowing me to make that purchase. I have no long term protection and not too happy about that. I wish the employee that sold me the range would have explained the policy difference to me.

I like the ease of working the dishwasher. My wife and i glad to have made this purchase

Such a pain to schedule a service to the dishwasher with Samsung , as Best Best Buy . Service people om the phones were not happy to help and just made the whole experience of scheduling the service so much upleasant . Just very poor way to service the customers in need. Purchased 2 year membership. Purchased over $4,000 in appliances. Microwave stopped heating about 2 weeks shor of expiration. Best Buy would not honor membership.
