    Gotta check into this as I guess I have two of these each bought within the same month - what is it? Not sure as I haven't used it. I get overcharged for everything at BB. I don't even know if I need this as I didn't know I bought this - I bought Total Tech and BB hasn't honored any part of the Total Tech package.

    I Love the Kitchenaid Microwave Convection but am having a problem with the Vent Fan shutting down and not working.

    Poor service. 0 stars. Go to pc Richard at least they try there. Staff was like kids working a summer job and just looking to go home

    Waste of money. Dishwasher broke under a year called to have it fixed and they said they dont have anyone able to fix it. Called back lil later and apperitanly it never renewed after first 12 months on the best buy credit card so i was left with broken dish washer and year wasted paying for service

    They don't actually protect you from much especially major appliances still under warranty, you still pay for a new install fee and they probably wont even give you the same item you purchased. Even if only 5-6 months later
