BS that you have changed Total Tech support to be like a home warranty model with copay per incident. I used to have the 5 yr coverage with no copay on my appliances through you, now I have this useless crap. Will most likely cancel Total Tech support just for this reason and the fact that y'all can and have changed what's included, terms and conditions, etc several times since I've signed up. HATE IT.

Customer service was poor. Dates were changed when item wasn't available. System had glitches. When I called to cancel the agent was not helpful and kept telling me to stay on line without giving me a reason and then she couldn't find phone number and then when I gave her name she found phone number. Incompetent

Not worth the headache. Each item is dealt with a by a seperate group. No group will touch another groups items. So for the customer this means each time you have an issue, you need a day off for the service. Then the return item. Then the delivery of the new item. Then the install fo the new item.

Best buy will not honor the warrenty! Best buy is the wirst complny to make a purchase from!

Unreliable communication is terrible canceled couldn’t get timing set up they are very unresponsible

I don't like the changes coming after my plan renews. Many of the reasons I purchased the protection plan will no longer be offered after the renewal date. Very disappointing!

Geek squad said I should call manufacturer for warranty work. After 1 year of issues and repairs I was told if Geek squad came out 3 times it would be a lemon and returned. But since I used Samsung repair it didn’t count towards their lemon policy.

Nope. I don't trust Best Buy or anything they support, maintain, service, install or recommend. They have destroyed all loyalty or confidence I had in their professionalism (and had for decades) with 2 simple actions.

I have been informed my annual coverage will not cover my items in the future. And I would need to pay another premium cost in addition to the coverage I’m already paying for

Beware, this 24 months protection plan only works if you continue to pay an annual $200 membership fee. I've cancelled a membership after 1 year and they removed this 24 months protection as well.

Lol this plans a joke. Basically they handle the basic warranty for you the first year after that it's out of pocket. If you cancel they charge you every single cent you saved on your plan.... Really? Never again.

I had a problem with parts falling out of my dishwasher and I cannot set an appointment to have it fixed. I have been told on multiple occasions that I will get a call back with an appointment time, but I never receive the promised call back.

Less benefits will cancel in the future, took away free installs
