Geek squad said I should call manufacturer for warranty work. After 1 year of issues and repairs I was told if Geek squad came out 3 times it would be a lemon and returned. But since I used Samsung repair it didn’t count towards their lemon policy.

Nope. I don't trust Best Buy or anything they support, maintain, service, install or recommend. They have destroyed all loyalty or confidence I had in their professionalism (and had for decades) with 2 simple actions.

Beware, this 24 months protection plan only works if you continue to pay an annual $200 membership fee. I've cancelled a membership after 1 year and they removed this 24 months protection as well.

I have been informed my annual coverage will not cover my items in the future. And I would need to pay another premium cost in addition to the coverage I’m already paying for

I had a problem with parts falling out of my dishwasher and I cannot set an appointment to have it fixed. I have been told on multiple occasions that I will get a call back with an appointment time, but I never receive the promised call back.

Lol this plans a joke. Basically they handle the basic warranty for you the first year after that it's out of pocket. If you cancel they charge you every single cent you saved on your plan.... Really? Never again.

worst experience. I am struggling to get a refund for warranty sold to me that I returned all the product for. After waiting almost 6 months to get product, I am getting a prorated refund on the warranty ???? this is a scam

yet another charge that i never made! Buyers Beware of BEST BUY now...they are def not same company they use to be.....i have done business with them over 20 years! NEVER AGAIN will i buy from them!

Paid $199.00 for Total Tech coverage and can not get Total Tech service to uninstall the defective product the sent and bring/instal a working product.

Cancellation after cancellation. Never informed why, just that we had to reschedule. Asked for supervisor to call us back - nothing. This is not a store to deal with.

Samsung and worstbuy are a joke. Products and service are a joke. Three calls and still not fixed. Went without product for over a month.

Hasn’t been to long I’ve purchased this stove and already Right rear lighter doesn’t lit up and when using stove entire top and grill gets too hot not a fan of this stove

Best buy hires terribly incompetent installers and then leaves you with no customer service to fix your problem they created

This is a racket. Only buy if your remodeling and making multiple purchases in the year. You have to renew to continue coverage.

Dishwasher did not rinse properly. I was disappointment with overall performance.

So far i am.not impressed no one knows whats going on . Had to call 3 time . Took all info all 3 times before it worked had to talk to a manager
