We purchase many items from Best Buy and buy a warranty for each item. We have saved so much money buying the 2 year that covers ALL our purchases, instead of buying a waranty for each item. Best Buy makes it easy for whenever you may need to exhange or replace an item.

100% WORTH IT!!! Each time we purchase a new appliance, we ultimately purchase from Best Buy. With our plan we have a 60 price guarantee, free installation and free delivery. This plan has been worth every penny!! We've received $128 back on our purchase of our dishwasher due to a price drop, and $200 back on our range we purchased with the 60 day price drop guarantee. Great, helpful, knowledgable sales people, it's worth it!!

I am so very happy that I bought the service package when I originally bought it when I used it for set up of a new tv and I tapped the service for some help with my computers. I renewed it when I purchased a dishwasher. Little did I know that within a few months I would need it for installation of a new refrigerator and then a few more weeks needed a laptop repair, purchased a new laptop and got help with set up. I'm not saying that everyone will find the need for such repeated use---but unexpectedly, I sure got my money's worth!!

I chose Best Buy over other stores for this coverage, & also because of the better prices for elite products such as Samsung kitchen appliances. For the next two years I will be working towards my masters while going back to work, I just finished my bachelors recently and am on a strict career path, a path of several goals. I like that it saves money and gives you extended coverage on your purchases. I would like if the longer your a member the price would be lowered.

Actually i hsvent had to use it .greatfully everything i e purchased has been doing as it should.did have to buy a new amazon fire setup cause lost remote a while bsck and the warranty does it cover it n new remore cost is nesrly cost of new set up.beyond that pretty happy

I had to use it once when I first got my sound bar. It took a little while, but came back fine.
