I didn’t have to worry about repair costs or delays. It adds real value and confidence to every purchase. I’ll definitely get it again for future electronics.

We bought a new flat screen and sound system. With our purchase we have the monthly protection plan. Two weeks after best buy installed our tv, our grandson got his hand on the remotes and changed our settings. we call best buy and without any hassle scheduled a service call appointment and came out to reset out settings. being older this really was worth it.

The protection plan is a must whenever you buy something from Best Buy. The manufacturer warranty is good, but then you have to jump through so many loop holes just so they can tell you they will not replace the whole thing. With this protection plan, its as easy as bringing in the old and walking out with the new, no questions and no hoops.
