We bought a new flat screen and sound system. With our purchase we have the monthly protection plan. Two weeks after best buy installed our tv, our grandson got his hand on the remotes and changed our settings. we call best buy and without any hassle scheduled a service call appointment and came out to reset out settings. being older this really was worth it.

They are very helpful for all of your problems. Came out and set up my new TV and answered all questions. Very efficient.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!
