Problem with this brand using fire stick

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this Sony Bravia tv and had it installed by the Geek Squad but unbeknownst to me we aren’t able to use a fire stick with it for some unknown reason. It’s very disappointing because we don’t want to have Apple TV service or products. We want to stream the tv and the service we want to use doesn’t work with Apple TV. It works with Fire stick!
