Total Tech for large appliances is a fraud. I got this on my new appliances and YES, total tech came to help with TV's and were very nice. But, when it came to fridges, they misdiagnosed and told me I didn't have issues, then 4 teams later turns out there is a manufacturer issue with my fridge. I was being mansplained that everything is normal despite temperature fluctuations of 10-12 degrees and loud noises. The 4th team diagnosed the problem to what I thought from the beginning and told me they can't fix compressors and to talk to LG. The TV install teams were nice and did hang my TV's well. They knew how to do the install with wall box and were respectful. I was glad they didn't hit any pipes and came back to hang it lower when I requested.

I don't think it's worth the price. It's overpriced and you most likely won't use it

I love going to Best Buy especially the one in Henderson.

I like the TV. The picture looks good. The remote broke in less than a year. The TV turns itself back on randomly.

Its a joke just spent 174 for nothing. They dont honor anything.

Worst waste of money. My $3000 TV had issues and they never fixed it. Then a new issue arose and they wanted to charge me to come to house to diagnose it. Sold a package of lies.

I personally like Geek Squad better than TotalTech. TotalTech is like insurance and you are required to pay a deductible on certain things... Geek Squad offers better coverage. If you're purchasing big ticket items like an expensive TV or Appliance, get Geek Squad instead of TotalTech on it.

Gives you an extra piece of mind although i dont expect any issues from the tv. TV's total have a very low failure rate.

Well worth the money.and it covers future purchases

It's worth it if you buy things on a regular basis
