    My tv just stopped working, called the Geek Squad, they could not repair it and were able to get my tv replaced with no hassle. Got a newer and more up to date TV at the same cost. Couldn’t be happier. I’d recommend this protection to anyone.

    Protection plan is always the best way to go as soon as something goes bad. Best Buy is on it.

    I almost always get the product protection plan from Best Buy on any major product like televisions and computers. Their recent changes to the program might cause me to rethink this on some bigger items since there are now charges for a tech to come to your home after an initial period. It is still great because of the in store and telephone tech support which has been very helpful.
