Best Buy is a disaster. I had the TV and installation in my cart when ordering the TV. But they forced me to talk to an agent to complete the order. The agent didn’t put installation in the order. Only ‘setup’. For a TV that doesn’t even come with a stand but only a wall mount. So the guys get here with the TV and say they won’t put it on the wall because it’s not in the order. Yet there are no legs to do a ‘set up’. After TWO calls to Best Buy (they hung up on me after 25 minutes on the first call) and almost an hour of time, they tell me they can’t modify the order while it’s in process. Yet the guys are currently IN MY HOUSE and could put it on the wall if they get approval. But no, Best Buy can’t do that. Unbelievably frustrating and clearly there is poor leadership in the company if they can’t allow their employees to correct simple issue.

Extra warranty was great, but no longer provide free install and haul away. The price should be reduced since less services provided.

Not sure how useful this will actually be considering you pay 200$ a year for total tech when I just learned that you still have to pay a service fee for repairs to get done. Why pay 200 at all if you still have to pay for repairs. They’re just “cheaper” sounds more like a car insurance program.

Great television great sounds and pictures quilty is great

I like the computer, however, the sound is not it’s best quality. Everything else works wonderfully.

Excellent choice especially if you have small children.

Total tech has paid for itself for years in advance

Fine print, they don’t replace damaged pixels on a TV. They do not care if you have been a loyal Best Buy member for years. You will speak with someone from a foreign country. You cannot even contact the actual store that you bought it from.

I haven’t had any issues yet so I haven’t needed to use this.
