Bad experiene

Also, managemnt is completely unavailable. All compkaints are routed to an offshore call center. The company has taken a nose-dive since Amazon is able to undercut their prices and offers far better customer support. There are good people working there but the policies bind them to minimal customer service once your purchase has been made.

One connect boxes are awful options.

It broke right after BB or Samsung warranty expired. The one box connect system stop working and the repair could have been almost 2000 without any guarantee that will last longer.
