Well worth the money.and it covers future purchases

Gives you an extra piece of mind although i dont expect any issues from the tv. TV's total have a very low failure rate.

Total Tech for large appliances is a fraud. I got this on my new appliances and YES, total tech came to help with TV's and were very nice. But, when it came to fridges, they misdiagnosed and told me I didn't have issues, then 4 teams later turns out there is a manufacturer issue with my fridge. I was being mansplained that everything is normal despite temperature fluctuations of 10-12 degrees and loud noises. The 4th team diagnosed the problem to what I thought from the beginning and told me they can't fix compressors and to talk to LG. The TV install teams were nice and did hang my TV's well. They knew how to do the install with wall box and were respectful. I was glad they didn't hit any pipes and came back to hang it lower when I requested.

I love going to Best Buy especially the one in Henderson.

I personally like Geek Squad better than TotalTech. TotalTech is like insurance and you are required to pay a deductible on certain things... Geek Squad offers better coverage. If you're purchasing big ticket items like an expensive TV or Appliance, get Geek Squad instead of TotalTech on it.

If you buy many expensive electronics from best buy then it's totally worth it. If not then it's too expensive to keep the membership.

I don't agree with the parts and service included. I have wasted money on this TotalCare. Every electronic that I had bought from BestBuy was not covered by what I needed. I always need to pay extra!!! Also, my 77" LG tv was damaged, nothing could be done to fix nor replace... A total waste of time and money for 3 years. The tv had just turnd 1 year old. I was told the parts were not sold anymore for a 1 year old model tv. Ridiculous!!! It is a rip off for sure.

We haven't had to use this yet, but it's nice to know we have the protection.

It's worth it if you buy things on a regular basis

This TV last it for me exactly 2 years. It broke right after BB or Samsung warranty expired. The one box connect system stop working and the repair could have been almost 2000 without any guarantee that will last longer.

I like the computer, however, the sound is not it’s best quality. Everything else works wonderfully.

Not sure how useful this will actually be considering you pay 200$ a year for total tech when I just learned that you still have to pay a service fee for repairs to get done. Why pay 200 at all if you still have to pay for repairs. They’re just “cheaper” sounds more like a car insurance program.

Warranty came in handy. My tv was replaced due to a visible defect
