What Protection? What Support?

I bought the Samsung qn75qn95baf and bought the protection plan to protect my purchase up to two year. My 3K TV worked for 5 months. It has not worked for nearly 2 mths now. Samsung is referencing Samsung's right to repair or replace, but meanwhile, I'm without a TV for 2 mths, and there is still no decision. Now for the BB's Protection phone calls. BB has attempted to repair the TV 4 times...that's right, 4 times. Each number they provide me that documents with Samsung the repair and work service is not identified by Samsung. Phone support, which is overseas, is always so kind and understanding, but won't send communication records or provide VALID service tickets that show communication with Samsung. When I provide Samsung with the S/N of the TV, they have not record of ANY support or service. Nothing. Oh, and Best Buy is telling me that I have to call Samsung to initiate service. What??? "The Protection Plan" If you read the protection plan, BB acts as a representative for you with the manufacturer, so that all the service is documented and YOU, the customer, does not have to directly work with the manufacturer. So, BB now wants me to reach out to the manufacturer? What the heck is going on??? Look, had I not bought a Samsung, I'd probably not be in this position. However, here I am. And BB protection has not helped me.

Every time I called to get help I was put on hold over and over for up to 15 mins then was told it would take at least 10 days to send someone out no one tried to walk me through any kind of support. I fixed it myself by doing internet searches. After 2 months of this mess I did have 7 days left to return a $6000.00 TV And that's what I did. But that was another mess in itself. I'm not sold on total tech at all and it will keep me from purchasing expensive electronics from Best Buy again
