Dont bother

My $3000 TV had issues and they never fixed it. Then a new issue arose and they wanted to charge me to come to house to diagnose it. Sold a package of lies.

Unprofessional customer service

They recently cancelled a service call to my home and did not inform me. I have called them twice and each time I called they gave me conflicting information. I also called the service technician and he does not return calls either. They just cannot figure out how to get a simple repair scheduled and fixed. Im extremely disappointed and I’m not sure if I will continue with my membership.
