    Cracked 98” tv… not covered - bait and switch

    They’ll tell you accidental damage is covered, but when you file a claim, it turns out the plan I got with my 98” TV and new oven doesn’t apply because it only covers mobile devices. They give you the run around and then say there is nothing else they can do. If they don’t hang up on you. Bad bad bad.

    Great value and service. Techs are very helpful and informative. No need to worry about installation when needed and product is always under warranty

    I love the new totaltech protection plan! It’s a great benefit. I’m sure to buy all my electronics and appliances at Best Buy now!

    I like it, it covers all items purchased after the date and covers them for 2 years. returns and exchages are 30 days rather then 14.

    I have used Best Buy for all of my electronics for many, many years and the protection plan has always delivered when I needed it.

    They couldn't replace a broken remote

    I bought the expensive 85 inch Neo QLED 8k TV and on top of that I paid $200 for Total Tech support. The remote on the TV doesn't have replaceable battery. The remote stopped charging after 10 months. And I couldn't operate the TV. I spent hours on the phone and also had someone come to my home to troubleshoot. They recommended me to go to the store and said I will get a replacement remote. I went to the store and they still couldn't replace my remote after so many days and spending so much time on this issue. The service is not at all useful.

    Purchased the plan to cover the possibility of issues on my tv. So far it’s been unused but better to be safe than sorry

    I thought this warranty which I have to purchase and pay for 2 years in a row is very pricey considering I get a standard one year manufacturer warranty

    Lousy service. I received an email cancellation notice when I did not cancel the service. I called the number on the email notice and it was stated that I was getting "concierge" service and the hold time was 1 1/2 hours. If that was concierge service, I would hate to see what the regular service was. I got tired of the lousy service and hung up. If I have to install the system myself, I will stop the credit card charge. I also waited 30 minutes for the curbside pick up service. I will not be making the BestBuy mistake again.

    Read all my other reviews. I should have enough since everything I'm being asked to review is on my order history twice, still broken and Best Buy and Samsung refuse to do anything about it.

    Best Buy Protection to save money on TV install

    I purchased the best buy protection in order to save a few dollars on the installation cost for my LG TV in an apartment. The installation crew was professional and got the job done as requested.
