    Bought an $1,800 Samsung 65 in QN90 tv and 25 months later (less then one month after my BB additional warranty year expired my LED went and would cost $1,100 to repair. I have loved Samsung but this TV was a piece of crap

  • Best Buy Insurance Does Not Working

    Bought a 77” tv & purchased the insurance for it. Thank goodness I did because within a week my tv went out. Called Best Buy & explained what happened. I was told they were going to send someone to my house. Made an appt & everything, come to find out they could not find anyone to come to service my tv. I was told to call the LG manufacturer. The sales person knew our address & should’ve known that there would be nobody to service our area & charged us the ins that would not be any use to us at all. Not happy!
