already helped get my info transferred from my old laptop to my new as I wasn't sure how to do it correctly. The tech was wonderful and knew what she was doing. She had me up and running in no time.

Nice to have, came with the purchase; haven’t needed to use it

When you spend a lot of money on items for your home you want to make sure they last and if anything goes wrong with them you want to make sure they will be fixed. The extra little policy is great.

It used to be better but now that they changed so much of the benefits they took away ALOT of the little things most people need help with. Also if you buy this when you buy any product it ONLY covers the product you bought on that day. They won’t touch anything else you have in your house.

Lousy service. I received an email cancellation notice when I did not cancel the service. I called the number on the email notice and it was stated that I was getting "concierge" service and the hold time was 1 1/2 hours. If that was concierge service, I would hate to see what the regular service was. I got tired of the lousy service and hung up. If I have to install the system myself, I will stop the credit card charge. I also waited 30 minutes for the curbside pick up service. I will not be making the BestBuy mistake again.

Hard to review this because i haven't needed it yet. So verdict is still out.

I'm o grad that I purchased this plan. The Geek Squad Greg and Garrick were awesome to work with. They set everything up quickly and efficiently so that I could enjoy my new TV.

Necessary because of the amount that you are spending

The guys at Geek Squad were great! Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and even wore shoe covers when inside my home! Thank you guys for the great service.

Have not used it yet other than to cover some of the installation charges for the new TV.

This is a good protection plan for my Sony 4K television

They have limited service when it comes to installation.

Great value and service. Techs are very helpful and informative. No need to worry about installation when needed and product is always under warranty

So far the monthly protection plans have been working well in case of Repair

It is nice to have the Geek Squad on my side in case an electronic fails.

Read all my other reviews. I should have enough since everything I'm being asked to review is on my order history twice, still broken and Best Buy and Samsung refuse to do anything about it.

I love the new totaltech protection plan! It’s a great benefit. I’m sure to buy all my electronics and appliances at Best Buy now!

I like it, it covers all items purchased after the date and covers them for 2 years. returns and exchages are 30 days rather then 14.

I have used Best Buy for all of my electronics for many, many years and the protection plan has always delivered when I needed it.

There is zero special treatment for a total care Best Buy customer. I am still treated just as poorly as I was before I bought it. The customer service the delivery. Everything is horrid!!!!
