    While I have the original Best Buy premium plan that covers free installations, it is worth it very much. But once it's been a year, that benefit will significantly reduce. I do not like that. They should never have offered such benefits to take them away. Even if it were 4x the original cost, it would have been worth it. Not now....

    you don't take care of your customer. I cant log in to my account and use my total tek plan. You don't fix the login issue. I can't buy anything online. YOUR STUPID!!! You waste my time calling over 20 time. going to the store 15 times no one helps. WASTE OF TIME. I will go buy my stuff at New egg from now on!!

    this 75 in Samsung went out before one year, we did get the warranty because the salesman had said that their same TV went out. I should have took heed and not bought that brand

    I get suckered jnto buying a tv and getting a bestbuy card just because im waiting for hours for some idiot to install my remote start on my car improperly and now j have electrical problems wjth my car! Stay way way way far away from best buy
