Sold me short

Warranty is a Joke

Rather than let us exchange the TV, we are told it will only be repaired under this warranty. Have to love spending over $2,000 on a TV that needs a new panel in under 6 months.

The back plastic was swollen and I had to push it down to plug in the cord. The box made a buzzing sound and all the plastic around the HDMI ports were not aligned with the HDMI port. My guess this product was severely damaged by heat in storage somewhere, shipping, or something else

They offer an extended warranty,but ONLY if you renew the second year. The first year is usually included by the manufacturer anyway. So you are purchasing the second year. Whenyou call Hold times on the phone are long.

Terrible Customer Service
