I had to return and exchange my TV because of issues it had. I originally purchased the 5 year plan and when I returned it they only gave me t a 2 year plan.

THE SOUND BAR HAS YET TO BE INSTALLED; NUMEROUS CANSULATIONS WITHOUT GOOD NOTICE; SOUND BAR REMAINS IN ORIGINAL BOX

This warranty was a joke. We bought a TV that wound up being a lemon. Rather than let us exchange the TV, we are told it will only be repaired under this warranty. Have to love spending over $2,000 on a TV that needs a new panel in under 6 months.

TV was flimsy. The back plastic was swollen and I had to push it down to plug in the cord. The box made a buzzing sound and all the plastic around the HDMI ports were not aligned with the HDMI port. My guess this product was severely damaged by heat in storage somewhere, shipping, or something else

Waste of money. They will find a reason to tell u it’s ur fault

Good item to have for a purchase. It gives you a chance to see how the protection works.

Cant go wrong woth protection i am pretty hard on things and the insurance is nice

Nice to have the peace of mind and if something goes wrong they do a good job.

They paid all 6 “repairs”, even though I can’t use it because it doesn’t work

0/10 on customer service they don’t make things right. My tv came in broken and 1 month later and a different tv. I still dont have a tv.

I cannot tell the difference. I'm not impressed by the sound. At all.

The qeek sqaud service was so bad I'm absolutely appalled that I'm even having to pay for this service, I was going to write a letter To corporate I've never been so upset.

Not great for television. They won’t even help you repair within the manufacturer warranty. Don’t pay for it. All they do is punt to manufacturer.

they’re doing nothing, and their technical support is the worst I ever see, they never come to solve the problems and not even sending text or email about it, it’s already 2 months they’re scheduling in home appointments but never came to slove the problem

This program doesn’t feel right. They offer an extended warranty,but ONLY if you renew the second year. The first year is usually included by the manufacturer anyway. So you are purchasing the second year. Whenyou call Hold times on the phone are long.

This is a great product and the service was great also

Two members of geek squad damaged my tv in December. I have been dealing with tv repairs since then and they have not been able to fix it. This service is not worth it.

Awful internal computer Samsung has gone downhill with their devices.
