    Horrible service. Was told about the warranty and what it covered but then one year later call them for service. They was told its not covered but was told by the sells person it would be covered by our best buy warranty.

    I do not care for only up to 24 mos protection plan, and when you try to buy the plan, you are unable to get it cause you are a total tech. I like the one you can pick your plan and pay for it.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Paid for coverage when I purchased a tv and when I needed coverage I was denied. Invoice indicates two years of coverage but denied!

    Scheduling messed up more than one time. First day no one came. Second appointment ice maker was installed but does not dispense. Scheduled someone to come back and fix it. The Best Buy reps only did installation so we're back to square one.

    Less than 3 weeks a vertical line appears in the middle of the screen and it’s really making me crazy Instant regret trying to figure it out how to resolve it, do not recommend to even my worst enemy

    Cheaply made, screen edge dents

    Cheap quality, entire length of bottom edge of screen is rippled/dented. When I asked installers they said it's the nature of these super thin screens, but from looking at it further could be from lifting it and pressing on front edge. We are eturning for exchange different manufacturer!

    No agent was able to correctly inform me of the terms of the protection policy. Every agent said a different answer to the same very important questions. Obviously, they cannot all be right. She was also very sexist against me and my friends.

    My TV broke within 1 year and 4 days of the warranty and TV has not being replaced / fixed. I have been a member for a long time and this is the first time I had to use the Best Buy warranty and still waiting.......

    This plan allows me to replace my TV if it breaks in the next five years, however it is a yearly charge of $211.99. I could buy a new TV with the money this plan costs. Just remember to read the fine print.

    The salesman was so interested in selling this that he misled us. He assured me that I could schedule a tech to come hang it a month or so after purchase since I wanted to try the TV first, but turned out false.

    Worst customer service we’ve ever dealt with.. completely unprofessional. And took us three delivery attempts before anyone showed up after calling off work

    The 24-month protection is a waste of money. 6 months after purchase, my Sonos speakers had to be replaced and I was told to deal with Sonos directly for repair replacement.
