    The screen was cracked and it was fixed saving me from having to buy another one. It is worth it to have this protection.

    We are total tech members, so we get this with all our purchases. It's great!! We have used it several times. We have had two laptops replaced (one taken out by chocolate milk, the other by water) and headphones (cord plug destroyed). Yes, all caused by children. I feel like we have used it more than that, but can't remember at the moment. It has paid for itself several times over.
