    Excellent quality! We like. Definitely need two people to install. Wish the very useful un-boxing info wasn’t at the bottom of the box after we pulled the tv out. The box is set up to hold the tv for you while you set up the stand and backing on the tv. Instead I had to balance the tv while my husband attempted to install it all because we unboxed it unknowingly the wrong way! Haha

    I appreciate having the Best buy plan, however, I am disappointed that when I purchase an item there is an additional installation charge, when in the past, installation was free as well as service calls.
