I think reviewing this every time I buy a product is overkill. My thoughts don't change. I'm very pleased knowing my products purchased with Best Buy are safe.

With Total Protection from Bestbuy it’s like buying insurance. You hope you never need it, but the second you need it you will wonder why in the world did I even second guess buying it. Covered for 2 full years, you can’t help but wonder how is this real. Well the protection does have a cost, but guess what??? It covers all purchases you make from that point for 2 years. Yes, it does cost to renew. But once you have it, if shop at Bestbuy it just makes good sense.

Never worry about your electronics that you have purchased from Best Buy wth this optional protection plan. Well worth the premiums to have peace of mind.

I've had this TV for about a month and really like the vibrant colors and the single cord that ones from the TV to the main box. The screen kept going darker on us until I realized it was in an eco mode. Once we changed it to standard and turned off the pic intelligence it stays bright most of the time. Once in a while it still goes a shade darker but if I got back to picture set up and run through the options back to standard it goes brighter again. It's possible I'm not doing something correct, but overall we really like the TV. Very thin and was so easy to install!

Not sure what to say other than it is a protection plan. I hope I never have to use it, but if/when I do I hope it covers what I need.

There is nothing like being a Best Buy member and having the protection plan covering my back. It gives me the comfort and piece of mind knowing that the plan has me covered for 2 years. This takes customer satisfaction to a whole different level, UP to EXCELLENT!

The screen was cracked and it was fixed saving me from having to buy another one. It is worth it to have this protection.

I got this tv as my Samsung qn90c ended up having 2 black spots on it after about a year and a half. I should have read more reviews and watched more videos of this tv. I got it because I like the matte screen and figured that would be great for my room. It looked great in the store. Oh I was wrong. Sure I have no glare at all and when I mean at all I mean at all, however, the colors and screen just look wash out. IDK what the screen resolution was in the store (probably retail version that you can't actually use) but it was not like that at home. I knew it was bad when my wife had a weird look on her face after watching it for a few seconds. It is no where near what our qn90c looked like. I guess the matte screen really changes how the colors and such look. I tried everything. Went on websites and tried different settings. Nothing helped. It just looks like an old tv. Sure some scenes look pretty good, but overall it just looks like an old 80 inch tv if you got it 10 years ago. Going to return it and get a qn90d (but after this tv and my 90c going out, think I am done with Samsung) a TCL 85 QM8K or a bravia 7 or 9. This tv might actually be really good for outside and way cheaper then buying an actual outside tv, however, for indoor I just can't recommend unless you just are dead set not to have reflections.

If you always breaking stuff or losing stuff? Geek squad is a great place for you.

It is nice to have the extra warranty coverage for the items purchased.

After purchasing a large screen smart TV and sound bar, we found out that installing them wasn’t something I could do on my own. Way too complicated even though I usually can handle simple set-ups. The Geek Squad solved three major problems for us, so that now we have great TV and great sound. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and we have saved major dollars with this service package. Without doubt, we will renew!
