I never like these plans usually. I purchased a very nice 65” Samsung OLED TV and decided to be the plan for potential screen issues. This plan also gives a 60-day price match. I already was repaid for the cost a few times over from the money back alone. I highly recommend the 2-year plan if you blare buying a few medium to higher value purchases within a year. It also covers all items I buy and not just the initial one. SOLD!!

The BB Tech plan gives you protection from malfunction (Geek Squad). If you are having an issue, you can contact them. They can help you over the phone or you can schedule them to come to your home to help with installation. You get additional time for something you may want to return. The plan is for 2 years (I have had this protection for 18 months). I have saved over $350.00 since I purchased it. My Christmas present request is for 2 more years of protection by this plan.

Totally worth the price. The return policy and extended warranty...totally worth it for me who is so busy that i end up forgetting to return things in time.

There is nothing like being a Best Buy member and having the protection plan covering my back. It gives me the comfort and piece of mind knowing that the plan has me covered for 2 years. This takes customer satisfaction to a whole different level, UP to EXCELLENT!

I've had this TV for about a month and really like the vibrant colors and the single cord that ones from the TV to the main box. The screen kept going darker on us until I realized it was in an eco mode. Once we changed it to standard and turned off the pic intelligence it stays bright most of the time. Once in a while it still goes a shade darker but if I got back to picture set up and run through the options back to standard it goes brighter again. It's possible I'm not doing something correct, but overall we really like the TV. Very thin and was so easy to install!

With Total Protection from Bestbuy it’s like buying insurance. You hope you never need it, but the second you need it you will wonder why in the world did I even second guess buying it. Covered for 2 full years, you can’t help but wonder how is this real. Well the protection does have a cost, but guess what??? It covers all purchases you make from that point for 2 years. Yes, it does cost to renew. But once you have it, if shop at Bestbuy it just makes good sense.

Very high-quality picture. Love the non-glare feature! Great very small remote control that is rechargeable by any ambient light. It also has feature to use voice commands
