Love my 77" television and the warranty is well worth it

After purchasing a large screen smart TV and sound bar, we found out that installing them wasn’t something I could do on my own. Way too complicated even though I usually can handle simple set-ups. The Geek Squad solved three major problems for us, so that now we have great TV and great sound. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and we have saved major dollars with this service package. Without doubt, we will renew!

We LOVE this Big screen! It is the best LG we have seen on the market! We love it and we love the extra LG channels! My first comment from the first few shows we watched, "It feels and looks like the people on the screen are in the room with us! and still does!

I love the protection plan it’s nice to know that anytime you buy anything from Best Buy you automatically get a two-year warranty plus if you have anything wrong with any kind of electronics in your house, they’re happy to come out and diagnose and fix the problem or if you need something hooked up they’ll do that to And it’s all covered underneath your protection planned. The good thing is you don’t need to worry about a bill.

Anyone that has multiple products and appliances should have total tech! The benefits are incredible considering everything you purchase has a protection plan automatically! So if anything happens to any of your products they will be fixed or replaced free of charge to you.

This protection plan is great particularly considering that we have a friend who might accidentally throw items at our electronic devices during play. Again it is thanks to this plan that we've been able to get replacements for products affected by various issues. It's reassuring to have, especially when multiple individuals are using the electronics.

I had a very recent experience in trying to have my dryer repaired. Took about two months with multiple “customer service” calls which was terrible and did not deliver on promises made to repair my vad experience. Other than this experience with smaller apliances , I never had any issues with repairs or exchanged a breeze. But that dryer experience was very bad.
