    Excellent addition to any Best Buy purchase, the included 2 year Best Buy protection on just about all products they sell is huge. Price matching for 60 days has already paid off. I would recommend for sure.

    I appreciate having the Best buy plan, however, I am disappointed that when I purchase an item there is an additional installation charge, when in the past, installation was free as well as service calls.

    We LOVE this Big screen! It is the best LG we have seen on the market! We love it and we love the extra LG channels! My first comment from the first few shows we watched, "It feels and looks like the people on the screen are in the room with us! and still does!

    Anyone that has multiple products and appliances should have total tech! The benefits are incredible considering everything you purchase has a protection plan automatically! So if anything happens to any of your products they will be fixed or replaced free of charge to you.
