When spending thousands on a tv you need to know for piece of mind that you butt is covered, and with best buy protection i know for sure it is. For 200 a year it works when they can get the parts and itl take emm a week to come out to check what parts they need and another week to get the parts unless the swap the tv for another one assuming customer service knows what there talking its pretty good

I am equally pleased with Bestbuy's protection plan as I am disappointed in TV manufacturers. Can't seem to find a ginormous TV (75" or larger) that lasts even three years without encountering problems. I highly recommend getting some lengthy protection plan unless you're at peace with spending $1500+ every two or three years when your TV encounters problems.
